This was one of the most bitter-sweet shoots I have ever done. Adri-Louise was in the late stage of terminal cancer when we did this shoot. Adri-Louise was the editor of LiG and the first female editor of Kerkbode. She met the love of her life, Danny Fourie, late in their lives. He proposed to her but shortly afterwards Adri-Louise was diagnosed with phase 4 cancer.
